Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the HI 6141, a highly integrated, single chip MIL STD 1553 terminal solution that supports both standard 1 Mbps MIL STD 1553 and 10 Mbps EBR 1553 / MMSI data rates. The HI 6141 uses a 16-bit parallel host interface and combines the proven architectures of Holt’s HI 6130 and HI 6140 devices into a single part, offering designers a flexible, pin selectable solution for next generation avionics and military data bus applications.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of the ADK 85104 Evaluation Board, a compact, ready to use platform designed to help engineers rapidly evaluate and characterize Holt’s HI 85104, the world’s first fault isolated quad ARINC 429 line driver. In addition to short circuit protection, the HI-85104 provides integrated 37.5 ohm impedance matched outputs with on chip fuses, output tri state capability when powered on or off, and optional zero Ohm AMP outputs for external lightning protection networks.
Holt to Exhibit at GOMACTech 2026 -Friday, February 20, 2026
Holt Integrated Circuits announced today it will exhibit at the GOMACTech 2026 show, held between March 9 - 12, 2026 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, LA, USA.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the HI-85104, the world’s first quad ARINC 429 line driver, enabling aerospace designers to achieve higher channel density while reducing board area, component count, and design complexity. The HI-85104 integrates four fully independent ARINC 429 transmit channels into a compact 6 mm × 6 mm QFN package, replacing four discrete single-channel line drivers with a single device.
Holt’s founder, entrepreneur William G. Holt, has published a new memoir, “Engineering Your Career and Life: Lessons Learned While Building a Technology Business”.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced it has tested its recently released HI-1592, a radiation-hardened 3.3V MIL-STD-1553 dual transceiver designed for high reliability and space applications, to higher Single-Event Effects (SEE) levels. The device is latch-up immune and was proven to withstand a single-event upset (SEU) with a Linear Energy Transfer (LET) of at least 86.3 MeV-cm2/mg and is radiation tolerant to a total ionizing dose (TID) of 100 krad(Si).
Holt announced its entry into the Space Market at Aero India 2025, unveiling its recently released radiation-hardened MIL-STD-1553 transceiver.
Holt to Exhibit at Aero India 2025 -Tuesday, February 4, 2025
Holt Integrated Circuits announced today it will exhibit at the Aero India 2025 show, held between February 10 – 14, at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bangalore, India. Aero India is the largest air show and aviation exhibition in Asia, organized by India’s Ministry of Defence.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the introduction of ADK-1592, a development kit designed to help customers interface Holt’s recently announced HI-1592 rad-hard transceiver with a MIL-STD-1553 protocol controller or FPGA. The HI-1592 is latch-up immune and proven to withstand a single-event upset (SEU) with an LET of at least 67.7 MeV-cm2/mg. It is radiation tolerant to a total ionizing dose (TID) of 100 krad(Si) and is ideal for launch vehicle, high-altitude aircraft and low orbit satellite applications utilizing MIL-STD-1553 data bus communication.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the introduction of ADK-84216, a development kit designed to demonstrate the features of Holt’s recently announced programmable 16-channel low side driver, HI-84216. This device was designed to drive a wide variety of loads, such as LED dimmers, relays, solenoids, valves, actuators, small DC motors and incandescent lamps operating in high reliability aerospace and defense environments.
