Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of a new ARINC 429 Development Kit, ADK-35981. The evaluation board demonstrates the operation of Holt's HI-35981, an Octal ARINC 429 Receiver with Label Recognition and a SPI Interface. The kit is 2-board assembly and provides a ready-to-run evaluation platform including full project software and source files, IAR Systems Embedded Workbench® for ARM and a fully integrated debug interface for the ARM Cortex M3 microcontroller.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the introduction of a new dual channel MIL-STD-1553 mezzanine card featuring it’s HI-25850, a 3.3V MIL-STD-1553 dual transceiver with integrated transformers. The transformers are configured to provide a transformer-coupled MIL-STD-1553 interface. Integration of the transformers in the IC package provides significant board space saving.
We would like to thank all our customers for visiting our booth at the Aero India 2023 show, held between February 13 – 17, at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bangalore, India. Aero India is the largest air show and aviation exhibition in Asia, organized by India’s Ministry of Defence.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of a new application development kit (ADK-6139) for its HI-6139, a new device with a software-controlled MIL-STD-1553A mode, but otherwise functionally identical and drop-in compatible with Holt’s existing HI-6138 MAMBA device. It therefore provides the possibility of adding 1553A capability to any existing MAMBA terminal design with minimal software changes.
Enhanced Octal ARINC 429 Receiver -Friday, October 7, 2022
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of a new 8-channel ARINC 429 line receiver. The device, HI-35981, is an enhanced version of Holt’s well-established HI-35980 (HI-3598) family, with additional features and functionality. The user-programmable label filtering capability has been expanded from 16 labels to all 256 labels, and the 4-word deep receive FIFO has been increased to 32 words deep. In addition, a 32-word deep transmit FIFO has been added, significantly increasing the transmit capability from the single-word buffer on the existing device.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced that Lockheed Martin Corporation, one of the world’s largest defense contractors, has awarded the Company with Elite Supplier Status for the third year in a row. Fewer than one percent of Lockheed’s thousands of suppliers receive this status annually, which recognizes Holt as one of Lockheed’s premium suppliers.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced a new addition to its galvanically isolated discrete-to-digital sensor family. The HI-8427 provides 400V galvanic isolation between the sense inputs and the digital logic and two GND/Open sensing modes, one for sensing analog inputs in the 0 to 5V range and the other for sensing inputs compliant to Airbus ABD0100 specification threshold levels found in 28V aircraft systems.
Alta Data Technologies (Alta) announced it has selected Holt Integrated Circuits MIL-STD-1553 transceiver/transformer integrated product combination, HI-2579, for use in their MEZ-E1553 device, a real-time Ethernet MIL-STD-1553 converter.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of two MIL-STD-1553 transceiver families, HI-15690 and HI-15691, which provide pin-compatible, “form, fit and function” drop-in replacements for legacy Holt and other manufacturer’s devices.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the addition of MIL-STD-1553A capability to its validated MAMBA family of MIL-STD-1553 integrated terminals. The new device, HI-6139, has a software-controlled 1553A mode, and is otherwise functionally identical and drop-in compatible with Holt’s existing HI-6138 BC/RT/MT device.
