800V Galvanically-Isolated Sensor Evaluation Kit -Tuesday, September 11, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today released a new application development kit, ADK-8400, demonstrating the features of the recently announced HI-8400, a quad galvanically-isolated discrete-to-digital sensor for avionics applications. The HI-8400 exceeds Airbus ABD0100 specification requirements by providing 800V galvanic isolation between individual sensors and the logic interface. Sensor inputs also comply with RTCA/DO-160G, Section 22 Level 3 Pin Injection Test Waveforms.
Holt Expands Discrete-to-Digital Product Line with Lightning Protected Drop-ins -Friday, August 31, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today expanded its discrete-to-digital sensor family with the release of seven new devices with integrated lightning protection. The sensor inputs meet the lightning requirements of specification RTCA/DO160G, Section 22 Level 3 Pin Injection Test Waveform Set A (3 & 4), Set B (3 & 5A) and Set Z (3 & 5B) without the need for any external components.
Independent Validation of MIL-STD-1553 / MIL-STD-1760 IP Core -Friday, August 24, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced formal MIL-STD-1553 RT validation of its recently announced HI-6300 MIL-STD-1553 / MIL-STD-1760 IP core. Validation was performed at Test Systems, Inc., an independent Air Force approved testing service for MIL-STD-1553 hardware. A validation report is available on request.
Quad 800V Galvanically Isolated Discrete-to-Digital Sensor -Wednesday, August 22, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of a quad galvanically isolated discrete-to-digital sensor for avionics applications. The HI-8400 exceeds Airbus ABD0100 specification requirements by providing 800V galvanic isolation between individual sensors and the logic interface. Sensor input thresholds are compliant to Airbus ABD0100H and MIL-STD-704 specifications and sensor outputs may be read from a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or parallel bus.
MIL-STD-1553 / MIL-STD-1760 IP Core -Friday, April 20, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of the new HI-6300 MIL-STD-1553 / MIL-STD-1760 IP core for military and commercial applications. The core is based on Holt’s independently-validated monolithic protocol ICs for MIL-STD-1553, namely Holt’s HI-6130 and MAMBA families, and is fully software compatible with them.
Ethernet PHY Application Development Kits -Thursday, February 15, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of two new 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet PHY application development kits. The kits feature Holt’s recently announced Ethernet PHY transceiver family, HI-5200/HI-5201, designed specifically for extended temperature military and aerospace applications.
24-Channel ARINC 429 Development Kit -Thursday, February 1, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of a new ARINC 429 application development kit, featuring 16 ARINC 429 receive channels and 8 ARINC 429 transmit channels. The data management engine is comprised of Holt’s recently announced HI-3220 IC, which integrates all 24 channels in a tiny 10mm x 10mm footprint. The kit hardware includes a CPU control board with ARM Cortex M3 16/32-bit microprocessor, debug interface and regulated 3.3VDC power supply, and a HI-3220 daughter card, configurable with various DIP switches.
24-Channel ARINC 429 Data Management IC with Integrated Line Receivers -Tuesday, January 16, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today expanded its ARINC 429 data management capability with the announcement of five new devices. The HI-3220 family is capable of managing, storing and forwarding avionics data between 16 ARINC 429 receive channels and 8 ARINC 429 transmit channels in a tiny 10x10mm2 footprint. Integrated line receivers and a compact serial peripheral host interface (SPI) save significant amounts of space at such high channel densities, making these devices ideal for multi-channel applications such as data concentrators. An option for 8 receive and 4 transmit channels is also available in an even smaller, cost effective 7x7mm2 QFN package footprint.
Holt Integrated Circuits Achieves AS9100D Certification -Thursday, January 11, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits proudly announced today certification to AS9100D:2016, the Quality Management System established by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG). Holt, previously certified to AS9100C:2009, is the first aerospace IC components supplier to adopt the new standard.
