Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the introduction of a new MIL-STD-1553 development kit with a PCI Express (PCIe) interface. The kit is based on Holt’s popular 3.3V BC/MT/RT multi-terminal device, HI-6130, and interfaces with a PCIe slot on a Windows 7 personal computer.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced that Shadin Avionics selected its MIL-STD-1553 BC/MT/RT terminal IC, HI-6131PCTF, and stacked dual core isolation transformer, PM-DB2762, for use in their TSO Certified Avionics Interface System, AIS-460. Shadin Avionics AIS-460 converts MIL-STD-1553 to ARINC 429 and other avionics signals.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the introduction of HI-8436, a new 3.3V, 32-channel, discrete-to-digital sensing IC with SPI interface and low threshold sensing capability. The sense input thresholds and hysteresis are programmable via the 20MHz SPI port in 100mV steps, from 0.4V to 5.2V and all 32 sense output states may be read with a single SPI command.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of a new Analog Switch product family capable of operating up to 200°C. These devices target high temperature avionics and industrial applications like data bus isolation, distributed engine control and down-hole well drilling telemetry.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the introduction of development kits for a 3.3V, 10Mbit/sec EBR-1553 solution. The kits include all necessary hardware, software (including source code) and feature Holt’s HI-6140, an integrated terminal designed for Enhanced Bit Rate 10Mbps MIL-STD-1553 or MIL-STD-1760 applications, such as Miniature Munitions Stores Interface (MMSI) or EBR-1553.
Holt Integrated Circuits demonstrated the collection of sensor data and periodic real-time transmission on an ARINC 429 bus with no software or MCU.
Holt Integrated Circuits announced the introduction of a new Graphical User Interface (GUI), designed to provide customers with an interactive tool for MIL-STD-1553 remote terminal (RT) configuration.
Holt Integrated Circuits announced the introduction of HI-8470, a 16-channel discrete-to-digital sensor with built-in ARINC 429 transmitter. All sense input thresholds and ARINC 429 transmission control are programmed via logic level input pins, eliminating the need for a microprocessor or software interface.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced formal MIL-STD-1553 RT validation of HI-6130/31, the world’s smallest BC/MT/RT multi-terminal solution. Validation was performed at Test Systems, Inc., an independent Air Force approved testing service for MIL-STD-1553 remote terminals. A validation report is available on request.
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the availability of evaluation boards for its latest discrete-to-digital product line. Three different boards are available to demonstrate the unique features of HI-8425, HI-8430 and HI-8435 product families.
