The HI-5200 is a single supply 10Base-T/100Base-TX physical layer transceiver, which provides MII/RMII interfaces to transmit and receive data. HP Auto MDI/MDI-X provides the most robust solution for eliminating the need to differentiate between crossover and straight-through cables. An optional interrupt pin provides status updates to the external controller, avoiding the need for continuous polling. 

 

The device is capable of enhanced (−40^oC to +105^oC) and extended(−55^oC to +125^oC) operating temperature ranges, with optional burn-in available in the extended temperature version.
