Holt offers a range of analog switches which are available in numerous configurations, including single-pole/single-throw (SPST), normally open (NO), normally closed (NC) or a combination of NO and NC. The devices are fabricated on a robust silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology resulting in latch-up free operation and low off-state leakage. This makes these devices ideal for applications that benefit from or require low charge injection, high isolation or low leakage, such as sample and hold and other precision multiplexers.
