PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will develop new standard (catalog) IC products starting from a data sheet definition. The company will support the engineer with design tools of his choice. He / She will lead the development team which includes test engineering and layout design personnel. He will work closely with wafer foundries. He will be able to modify existing digital designs if needed. He will contribute to technical documentation needs when required.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND: The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of IC design experience with a track record of creating successful products. He will know and can setup a modern design flow. He will have a working knowledge of commonly used processors and their I/O techniques. He can demonstrate technical writing skills.
EDUCATION:
A minimum BSEE degree is required.

COMPENSATION:
Starting salary open and highly competitive. In addition, there is a very lucrative monthly profit sharing bonus plan as well as a company paid retirement benefit.
